Booking

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by MAS Gold Tours.
• MAS Gold Tours reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion.
• All bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
• A valid passport is required for all international travel.
• MAS Gold Tours is not responsible for any visa or immigration issues that may arise.

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
• Prices are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
• MAS Gold Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be given.

Liability

• MAS Gold Tours is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from any act, omission, or negligence of any third party.
• MAS Gold Tours is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from any act of God, war, terrorism, strike, or other similar event beyond our control.
• MAS Gold Tours is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

General

• MAS Gold Tours reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
